Choosing a Landing Net

Choose a landing net around the water you fish and the trout you expect to land. Hoop size and handle length affect reach and handling, while net material, overall size and carry method affect how the net performs and travels on the water.

The right net should give you enough reach and capacity for your fishing without becoming unnecessarily difficult to carry or use.

Not Sure Which Landing Net You Need?

Start with the water you fish, the trout you target and how you plan to carry and use the net.
